The kitchen features an oversized island for cooking all your meals at home, breakfast bars and state of the art stainless appliances. The spacious great room includes a formal dining area, 18+ ft ceilings w/ gorgeous wood beams, an electric fireplace, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors for the perfect amount of natural light and views of the backyard oasis. The spacious (main) master suite features a separate backyard patio entrance, large walk-in closet, glass walk-in shower and his & her vanities. The second master bedroom offers an en suite bathroom, separate patio entrance, cozy window nook w/ shelves, and large walk-in closet. The backyard retreat offers extensive covered & uncovered patios, sparkling heated pool w/ water feature, spa, putting green, built-in BBQ, and fire pit with seating area. Driving out in an RV? Take advantage of the RV gate & parking.

* landscapers and pool vendors have access to the backyard to do work on their scheduled days
* for safety and security purposes this home does have cameras on the front of the house
* pack & play and highchairs - $40 each
* pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard
* pets may be considered for $200/each (non-refundable) 2 pet maximum
* additional fee for use of pool or spa heating services- $12500 + tax daily (must schedule pool heat 3 days in advance of check in)
* if you're reservation takes place during the dates of june 1st - september 15th, you will have access to the home tablet to control the outdoor misters
* quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
this rental property is not used for nuisance parties or unlawful gatherings 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
for your safety and security, there are two ring cameras located at this property One is above the front door, and one is above the garage.
*we do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If your stay is longer than a few days you will need to bring these items with you. thank you!
