Delightful describes 'Treetops', an architect-designed cottage on Muscongus Bay, sublimely secluded on 60 private acres of magnificent spruce forested shore land. Gorgeous sunsets over the bay and adjacent islands are yours from the deck and every interior room. Tastefully furnished, the airy cottage sleeps four in two cozy bedrooms. Modern bathroom with stall shower and separate tub. Central heating when needed. Relax and watch the lobster boats at work from the spacious lawn, hike on our trails through the Martin Point Wildlife Reserve, a conservation easement surrounding our property, wade along the shore, bike ride on country roads, or sun bathe and swim on Treetops cottage's private beach. A short walk takes you to the community tennis court or to evening entertainment at the Martin Point Community House. Secure on-site launch & storage area for kayaks (kayaks for rent in Friendship village, five minutes away, if you don't have your own, and will be delivered directly to our beach).
