please note that upon booking confirmation, you may see two charges on your statement - one from “edgewood cabins” and the second from “vrbo/homeaway” (for their service fee) Both charges will include state & county taxes. Occasionally, a booking may be confirmed, but payment not successfully charged. If this occurs, we will follow up to invoice the amount due within 48 hours. All cancellations are subject to a 10% non-refundable payment processing and reservation hold fee.
