Riverfront, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, first floor, Deer Park Condo. Deer Park is down the rd from Loon Mountain and 10 minutes from Cannon Mountain. The complex features a clubhouse with an indoor pool, tennis courts, basketball court, gym, racquetball, pool table, hot tub, ice skating, trout fishing, river tubing, and a winter shuttle pick up to Loon Mountain. The man made beach and mountain pond really set this community apart. The area features all the Loon Mountain attractions, Whales Tale, Indian Head Resort, The Flume, Clark’s Trained Bears, Pemigeewasset River, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. This unit is directly on the river with fantastic views of the river from the bedrooms and deck. You can barbecue and picnic directly on the river. Thanks for considering my condo. Pricing varies depending on dates. We are only booking weeks in the summer Saturday to Saturday. Pets are welcome on a conditional basis..
