Enjoy ocean views, salty air and sea breezes from the oceanside sun deck and from the spacious screened porch with vaulted ceiling and gas fireplace extend the days in this well-designed and well-appointed space. The five bedrooms, including 2 masters, and four full bathrooms are handsomely decorated and offer comfort and privacy. The first level cozy den is a relaxing quiet space and offers a wet bar, ice maker, and beverage refrigerator. On the ground level there is another refrigerator. Covered parking is available on concrete under the house as well as the concrete driveway and carpark.
