towering 3-story, 6-bedroom, 5 bath home that features a main 4 bedroom home & a 2 bedroom
carriage house for those who prefer a little privacy do not miss the opportunity to create once in a lifetime

the entire home has been fully re-furnished in early 2021 and stunningly decorated, along with a mediterranean upscale pool setting There are 4 king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a bedroom with 2 sets of full over full bunkbeds with trundles, and an additional living area with a queen sleeper sofa. it features hardwood flooring, multiple living areas & balconies from all bedrooms, a stunning private pool deck with plenty of seating, & gulf views from the 3rd floor perch considered to be one of the highest perches in all of destin to overlooking the most stunning architecture & sunsets imaginable!
our property boasts two separate homes, which makes traveling with friends and family even easier In each room you'll find a Smart TV equipped with HuluLive, Cox Wifi to make working at the beach easy, hair dryers in each bathroom, and for those traveling with little ones we have a pack & play, high chair, and stair gate.
the front home is the larger of the two offering an entrance both onto scenic 98 (the beach road) and a pool deck entrance As you enter the front home, you'll walk directly into our gorgeous open concept living and dining area. Here you'll find a great space for relaxing on the sofa, a spacious table for meals, and full breakfast bar seating in the kitchen. Our stunning kitchen offers all stainless appliances, gorgeous quartz countertops, dishes, silverware, cookware, bakeware, small appliances, and a Hamilton Beach Flexbrew for both standard coffee & Keurig lovers alike. Directly off the kitchen area is a full sized bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The bunk room is also on the first floor, complete with Full over Full bunkbeds, with trundle beds under each bunk. Our laundry room is located on the first floor as well, with a full sized washer and dryer for guest use.
our second floor offers two master bedrooms, one to the left & one to the right Each bedroom on this floor is spacious & offers a King sized bed with an en-suite bathroom in each.
the third floor is certainly one to see! a queen sleeper sofa in the entryway offers a little extra space to either relax and watch tv, or to accommodate additional guests if needed! there is a full bathroom, small wet bar with a wine fridge, sink, and microwave this floor boasts a balcony overlooking the pool deck, as well as a small balcony directly off the king bedroom & the water views from here are breathtaking!
our homes are joined by a pool deck filled with plenty of lounge chairs surrounding our pool, which has the option to be heated during your stay (inquire for pricing) We offer a natural gas grill on the pool deck as well. Cornhole boards are provided for guest use, to truly enjoy a fun day in the sun. Around the side of the front home, there is a built in shed that is FILLED with all the beach toys you could imagine! All entryways to the pool are equipped with a child safety gate, so families can rest easy knowing that their little ones can't escape out the door & access the pool without help.
our back carriage home offers that extra added space for guests who prefer separate sleeping quarters during your trip The first bedroom offers a queen sized bed, and a wet bar with a wine fridge! The second bedroom offers a King sized bed. Both bedrooms share a full sized bathroom in the center of the carriage home. Each bedroom offers a private entrance onto the small porch overlooking the pool deck.
the entire front 4 bedroom home and back 2 bedroom home is part of your rental The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, and a 6 passenger golf cart, if rented. Unfortunately, we do not offer parking for boats/trailers/RVs at this home.

-all linens (bed linens, towels, beach towels) are provided for any length of stay, with a washer and dryer in the home Do note that we supply a small courtesy amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher/dish soap, laundry detergent and hand soap that's typically enough for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended that you bring additional supplies as seen fit for your group size/length of stay.
-we are pet friendly & allow up to 2 pets Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to pet fee, only ADA recognized service animals are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors or additional fees will be assessed.

crystal beach is a terrific residential area, yet close to restaurants and activities in destin walk to close
by restaurants such as the award-winning 790 on the gulf or camille's, bike rentals are a block away or learn how to ride the waves at all-a board surf school
the “crystal tower by the sea” is conveniently located 20-30 minutes from the vps airport(traffic permitting) It is also 15 minutes from major entertainment venues -The Boardwalk, the nationally acclaimed SanDestin Resort featuring “Baytowne Wharf” with over 30 restaurants and shops and the Silver Sands Outlets all approx. a 20-minute drive. You will also be within cruising distance to the “Scenic Hwy. 30A” and many other Destin hotspots. Boating, wave-runners, paddle-boarding, sunset dolphin cruises, and just about any amenity you can imagine are within moments of the Tower along with the finest fishing and charters in the Gulf of Mexico.
the tower is located around the corner from the shopping mecca destin commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area, and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shops. it is within walking distance, but a golf cart is always highly recommended to simplify all your easy
