Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location was fantastic, right near to the main area but far enough away not to be noisy or crowded. The room was very clean, and the pool on the roof is a wonderful touch.

Negative: Check in was difficult - we arrived and there was nobody there to check us in despite us letting them know via Whatsapp that we were on the way. We waited 30 minutes unable to find a single member of staff. One night we lost our room key (our fault), and again were left outside at midnight with nobody to help until my partner went upstairs to find the hotel manager in his apartment. The only thing that could have been better was for it to be easier to contact staff and someone to always be readily available as you would find in a normal hotel.

Summary: Great location, very clean, lovely pool - but better communication needed.
