the building showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk the major attractions (hard rock, ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs! the new 85k lucky snake arcade is right downstairs in the showboat building too; enjoy the great arcade games, go-karting, and rock climbing! other attractions that are walkable or nearby are:
- absecon lighthouse
- atlantic city aquarium
- marine mammal stranding center
- renaissance plaza
- brigantine town center
getting around:
the building showboat is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk There are plenty of taxis and rideshare cars around at all hours. the major attractions (hard rock, ocean casino, and the boardwalk/beach) are literally downstairs!

please know that all cozy suites properties are smoke-free environments Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500.

noise policy: guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
long-term stays (30 days+): long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check
note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $3999 non-refundable damage waiver.
