this cozy, rustic, cedar-walled single-room cabin directly overlooks the ohio river The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Outside there is a short path down to the beach & water, as well as a large open grassy & landscaped space overlooking the river, with a fire pit, swing set, and flagstone areas with tables. The property also borders a deep creek, with lots of trees. The cabins & yard are mostly separated from the road by the restaurant (no longer open to the public). Two parking spaces available per cabin (please reach out ahead of time should you want more spaces). Locally-sourced coffee provided in the cabin, as well as some instant oatmeal and granola bars. The room is heated/cooled primarily with a mini split unit.

guests can access the river, beach, and large yard at their leisure There is also a landing spot for boats about four miles south (KH Butler) and a cute little town about a 10-minute drive north. Free onsite parking lot is available. We live in a very rural area, so there are a variety of dwellings and lots of patches of woods around.
