welcome to this amazing home! this property sits on nearly an acre backed by farms! the amazing lot features lots of fun - professional putting green with sand trap, a huge variety of citrus (pomelo, lemon, tangerine, oranges), sparkling diving pool, hot tub, and a new 4 car, oversized, overheight garate (one of the stalls is an rv garage),extra wide rv gate, additional parking on the west side of the property alongside the very large driveway!
this property features a split floorplan, walking into a lovely living area/formal dining room, the master is on the right side As you walk toward the left, you enter the kitchen, breakfast area, family area, laundry room, guest bathroom with tub and the two guest bedrooms (one of which has its own bathroom, with a shower). The kitchen has newer appliances, refrigerator 2023 and makes regular ice and craft ice balls! The guest house is outside the master, right by the RV gate, featuring a trundle bed, refrigerator, kitchenette, and bathroom with shower and even washer/drier.
the home is about 20 minutes away from sky harbor airport, 15 minutes away from kierland commons/scottsdale quarter, golf open, and so much more! it also sits between three main freeways for easy access to all destinations even further away from the heart of the action!
no events/parties allowed unless personally ran by the owner and have approval in writing! failure to follow rules will result in early termination and forfeiture of deposit! we respect our neighbors and take care of our home!
we want to allow pets, please submit type of pet, etc with booking request! Failure to disclosre accurate weight and breed of your pup will result in immediate loss of your damage deposit. please also clean up after our pet! please take care your pets and our home so we can continue offering this service!
the pool is gated, the hot tub is not please watch children around water at all times!
