you will have your own parking spaces on the second / side driveway (by the garage) which is closest to the entrance of your private guest unit! there are no shared interior spaces in your suite, making it completely private The back yards are also not shared, you will have your very own private fenced back yard for your studio guest suite and the main house will have theirs. Both overlooking the beautiful golf course! The hot tub is only for the main house, and will be off limits for guests of this guest suite.
