The River Blue was curated with families in mind. Whether relaxing outside listening to the river roll by, playing games in the loft, unwinding in the hot tub, stargazing, skipping rocks or going for a morning walk along the river shore. We personally love Broken Bow for its multi-generational appeal. There is something for everyone. all are welcome!

aside from the river access the location is another favorite aspect about the property The River Blue is close enough to access all the fun activities Broken Bow and Hochatown has to offer. We love exploring new business that pop up, as well as revisiting our favorites. Feel free to ask for recommendations. We will include a list of our favorites after booking.

access: front door has an electronic lock, and a unique access code will be emailed over 48 hours before arrival
security cameras: there are two outdoor cameras on 24/7 for your protection One located in the front, and the other in the back. Both facing the main door entrance. There are NO cameras inside the house.
liability notice: a renter’s agreement will be sent at time of booking and needs to be signed within 48 hours of booking
critters: the cabin is serviced regularly for pest control and do our best to maintain a pleasant environment With that in mind, the property is on the riverbank surrounded by the woods, wild foliage, and critters are a part of the local wildlife. It is important for all guests to understand that nature’s inhabitants may pay a visit.
neighborhood: there are other cabins along our street with a few under construction There may be construction debris at those properties being worked on. Please be mindful when walking through the area.

housetrained pets are welcome with prior approval with a rate of $35 a night per pet

• towels to dry wet paws and fur (green with embroidered dog bone)
things to note:
• property is not fenced
• dogs are not allowed on furniture or in shower area
• only the green towel with embroidered dog bone is to be used for your pets
• guests are responsible for cleaning all dog waste or accidents prior to departure
• guests are required to pay for any damages caused by their pet
• dogs are not to be left unattended unless in a crate

• check-in is at 4pm
• check-out is at 10am
• early check-in/out request are based on availability at $50 per hour Please send a message for further information.
