Beautiful Home in Alpine Village which is conveniently located within walking distance to Rumsey Park and within miles to Green Valley Park which has a small lake for fishing and kayaking. This home has beautiful views all around as well as its in a cul-de-sac. Our home has a good size living room with a master suite downstairs and "children's" bedroom. You will find a blow up mattress in closet with plenty of space in bottom master or living room to use as well if needed. The 2nd Master is a lofted bedroom with private bathroom upstairs with a desk as well as a small private porch. Each bedroom has a smart TV as well as the Living Room and Lofted Master have DISH network oh and great wifi througout. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils that you may need to make a good meal. There is also a Blackstone Grill and BBQ out back with propane ready to go ( we just ask you cleanup either if you use) ! There is also a washer and dryer if needed and soap is provided.
as i mentioned about my property; this is a kid friendly, doggy friendly and 420 friendly home All I ask is that you please keep the furry guys downstairs out of lofted carpeted bedroom ( there is a baby gate installed that works great for our lady pup ) . Anywhere else in the home is fair game! I also ask you utilize the beautiful back yard for those much needed breaks as not all enjoy a 420 lifestyle. Oh and the kiddos... Let them be kiddos just please respect my home as me and my 2 children still live here and am a single mom trying to get out and make our own adventures and memories too.
