Close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Great for winter and summer activities as Lake Minnetonka Regional Park, the Arboretum and Gale Woods Farm is just minutes away.
the home was extensively remodeled with fresh paint, new furniture, fresh linens, towels and smart tv's throughout Fully stocked kitchen from toaster, blender even a pie pan. The dock can accommodate up to a 28 foot boat. **If you plan on using the property along with the dock for your boat, you will need to reach out to me with a description of your boat so I can make sure that it will fit. I cannot guarantee water levels so I will need to know more info if you plan on using the dock for your boat.
