This Cape Cod home offers lake access to a shared beach. The docks are for private use and are not included in the rental. Lake Missaukee is a 1,880-acre all-sports lake with sandy shorelines, beautiful beaches, parks, campgrounds, a sandbar, and a city dock to park your boat and enjoy the town. All-season fun! This well-maintained home features three large bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, a fully functional kitchen, an island bar, and stainless steel appliances. The dining room has French doors that lead to the spacious back deck with a hot tub, outdoor dining, and a gas fireplace to sit and enjoy the views of the lake. In the living room, enjoy cathedral ceilings with large window dormers and a stone gas log fireplace with a twisted root hearth for cooler nights. Upstairs is the office loft and two guest bedrooms. The oversized two-car garage offers an entertainment area with TV and games to round out this vacation paradise.
