this cozy cottage is located in pocono summit (stillwater lakes civic association) Everything is on one floor so you don't have to worry about constantly going up and down the stairs.
there is a washer and dryer available
the house is accessible via lock-key code which i will provide one day before arrival

guests can access all the amenities in the community for an additional fee The amenities are: outdoor public pool, lake/beach, small basketball area, and small children playground.

3 Fire pit is available to use (please have the water hose next to you when using the fire pit). also, when done using the fire pit and when it's safe to do so, please dispose any ashes in the pit by pouring into a bag **if possible
