A beautiful retreat all year round, come soak in the beautiful autumn colors, winter vibes, spring air and summer fun! Every season has something to enjoy from hiking to peaceful snow-covered landscape with nearby groomed snow trails for snow shoeing and sledding, and fun-filled summers splashing in the community pool and roasting marshmallows by the fire.

This home is nestled in Roslyn Ridge, with lots of community amenities, such as a pool, playground, picnic tables & sand volleyball. Whether you're seeking relaxation, adventure, or simply quality time with loved ones, there is something for everyone.

PICTURE YOURSELF HERE:
Step inside and be greeted by the warm and inviting atmosphere of the open floor plan, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The fully loaded kitchen, complete with a coffee station, provides everything you need to whip up delicious meals and energizing brews to start your day off right.

The indoor gas fireplace sets the mood for cozy evenings spent reminiscing with loved ones or curling up with a good book. The garage has been transformed into a game room, featuring ping pong, foosball, pop-a-shot, Golden-T stand-up arcade game, and a comfortable couch and TV for movie nights. Whether you're competing in a friendly tournament or simply lounging with friends, the game room provides hours of entertainment for all ages.

Each bedroom boasts king-sized beds for luxurious comfort, along with additional bunk beds and daybeds for the children. The open loft offers an additional space for lounging and movie watching and the couch is a full-sized pull-out. Take advantage of the provided board games, and table for games or puzzles.

Outside, the wraparound deck offers the perfect setting for enjoying the fresh mountain air. Fire up the BBQ and dine outside and later, gather around the fire pit and roast s'mores under the stars. And don't forget to soak your cares away in the hot tub, surrounded by towering pines and scenic views for well-deserved relaxation.

The Roslyn Ridge community provides even more amenities for your enjoyment, including a seasonal outdoor pool and hot tub (open Memorial Day weekend through mid-September), a kids' playground, BBQ stations with picnic tables, tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts, shower/locker room facility, conference room, exercise bikes and more. And with Cle Elum Lake just 10 minutes away, you'll have endless opportunities for beach fun, water sports, and outdoor adventure. Drive to Speeliy Beach and spend the day at the lake paddle boarding, fishing and splashing in the lake.

**Entrance to the Roslyn Ridge Activity Center is $10/person per day (plus sales tax). Children under 5 are free. Guests will receive a link prior to their check-in date that will allow you to make reservations. The facility is open on the weekends starting Memorial Day Weekend through the middle of June and then 7 days a week through Labor Day. Labor Day. After Labor Day, the pool is only open on the weekends while it's warm enough for the pool to stay open. **Guest should anticipate the pool to close mid-late September**

In the winter, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the snow-covered landscape with nearby groomed snow trails for snow shoeing. Come be a kid again with awesome sledding runs as well.

VACATION RENTAL REQUIREMENTS FOR ROSLYN HIDEAWAY:
1. Max Occupancy: 12 guests (all ages)
2. Max number of vehicles: 4 vehicles *any trailers (boat, jet ski or snowmobile) must be able to fit in the driveway
3. Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
4. No trash left outside of provided trash receptacles
5. No trespassing into neighbors’ properties
6. Renters will follow all and any county mandated burn bans

VERIFIED VIOLATIONS BY THE CITY OF RONALD, ROSLYN RIDGE COMMUNITY, COUNTY OF KITTITAS AND/OR COMPLAINTS MADE BY NEIGHBORS CAN RESULT IN ANY OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:
1. $250 fine per violation (thousands more for burn ban violations)
2. Forfeit of guests’ damage deposit and/or refundable property fee
3. Immediate eviction

WINTER MONTHS: NOVEMBER TO APRIL
We can’t stress enough that in the winter months, all-wheel drive is necessary for this area and its strongly advised that guests carry snow chains with them.

PETS ALLOWED:
We have a max of 2 dogs only for a $100 pet fee. Please review rental agreement and welcome packet for more details about bringing dogs.

SNOWMOBILE AND BOAT TRAILERS:
Bringing a trailer? Please be sure to let your hosts know. Trailers (boat, jet ski or snowmobile) must be able to fit in the driveway, along with cars. Unfortunately, there is no overflow parking and parking on the street is not permitted.

CAMERAS & RECORDING DEVICES:
Outside cameras: Three outdoor cameras that overlook the main entrance points to the home and garage. These cameras monitor the front door, side yard and back yard, including the hot tub. These cameras monitor weather conditions, package deliveries, security and assisting guests. There are no indoor cameras. Tampering with cameras is an immediate cause for eviction. Nearby neighbors also have outdoor cameras.

HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub maintenance occurs before & after each booking and during the middle of a stay that is 5+ nights.
*After hours extra service requests are an extra $50 (5pm - 8am).

VISITING RONALD, ROSLYN, CLE ELUM AND SUNCADIA:
This amazing area in the PNW has so much to do, explore and experience, all year round. The towns are charming and the food & drinks are delicious. You’ll never be bored with endless adventure such as golfing, river rafting, hiking, horseback riding, boating, jet skiing, paddleboarding, snow shoeing, sledding, etc. Catch an outdoor movie in Roslyn or pamper yourself at The Glade Springs Spa. Check out the Roslyn Farmer’s market or procure your meals strolling through the shops in Cle Elum (Owen’s Meats, Gemini Fish Market, and Cle Elum Bakery for example). Experience true PNW beauty in the fall with the change of the colors and have some fun at Octoberfest. In the winter come for a magical, relaxing retreat watching the snow come down, and check out the Winterfest festival in Suncadia.

GUEST / BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:
1. Primary renter must be 25+ years of age and MUST be staying at the property for the complete duration of the booking
2. Rental agreement must be signed after booking is accepted and provide valid ID
3. $500 security hold is required and will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no issues are reported.
