in modern, fully equipped kitchen, you can enjoy prepared meals: dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishes, etc
in the bathroom you can find double sink, towels, washing machine, detergent, hair dryer, soap ..
when you return in the evening from the beach (200m away), you can relax in front of the large flat screen tv with satellite, wi-fi and air conditioning, really good
you may also smoke, but please only on the balcony
things for daily use are in the immediate vicinity: supermarket, tobacco shop, post office, pharmacy, small market with daily fresh fruits and vegetables
