With your own private fenced courtyard located in the heart of Southgate, this home offers a beautiful and spacious bedroom along with an additional unique loft bedroom with built-in twin bed. This cute cottage is such a charmer you'll want to cozy up with your coffee and a crossword puzzle before heading out to explore the surrounding area and then round out the evening with a glass of wine and some board games back at the house. In addition to extremely easy access to Cincinnati and all it has to offer, you'll be only two miles from Newport and three miles from Covington, where you'll find great breweries, historic (and new) music venues, parks, beautiful architecture and the aquarium. Southgate itself is a vibrant small town and historical community with a rich history and community events throughout the year.
though this property is new to us, it was a 5-star short-term rental through previous owners (with all the same furnishings and amenities, just a higher pricetag!) so between the property's strong rental history and our excellent ratings at our other property, we're confident you'll have a wonderful stay
