you will be 10 blocks from the beach and a few miles from downtown, the convention center and belmont shores Funky restaurants, shops, and the Arts Theater can be found just a few blocks in the trendy Vintage Row. The area is in process of re-gentrification, but it's a work still on process. Some of our guests find that it is a bit edgy, others are not bothered at all and appreciate the diversity.
while the street is mostly residential there is traffic going by and the condo is on the ground floor which means it can be hear the traffic and street noise from inside the condo If you are a light sleeper or need quiet this condo may not be for you.
