this 1 bedroom (one queen bed, please note that couch is a double recliner and does not make a bed) , 1 bath cottage sits on 17 acres of country living It offers a full kitchen with all the comforts of home. It’s spacious and an open floor plan allows for relaxation. It includes a custom walk in shower, washer/dryer, outdoor kitchen area (shared with home owner), a covered carport for parking, and a gas fit pit. In the summer, sit by the pool to relax or take a swim to cool off. While sitting by the fire pit or on the front porch, you may spot deer passing by or an occasional wild turkey.
