you will have a newly remodeled daylight basement apartment with its own private entry Separate bedroom with a firm queen bed. There is a futon that folds down to make a double bed in the living area. Bathroom with a shower. The kitchenette has a Keurig coffee maker with coffee k-cups, toaster, toaster oven, hotplate, hot water pot, microwave, and refrigerator along with dishes and servings for four. There is no stove or bathtub.
