Endless hiking & biking trails are literally at your doorstep in our home. Within minutes you can be at all the wonderful attractions the Pikes Peak region has to offer. The quaint charm of Old Colorado City is within minutes with its unique shopping and wonderful dining.

There are 2 additional bedrooms in the lower level. One bedroom has a new queen mattress, dresser and closet. The third bedroom has a daybed with a trundle bed for two twin beds. The third bedroom also has a dresser and large closet. The second full bathroom is in the lower level.
after a pleasant day of exploring the area you can come home to our lovely home and relax in front of the tv and electric fireplace The living area with couch and loveseat has a smart TV and high speed wireless internet. You will be able to access your own streaming apps. The main floor living room also has a cozy reading nook area. The adobe has a well equipped kitchen and laundry area all conveniently located on the main floor. The eating area is just off the kitchen. The home is tastefully furnished with well appointed furniture, high quality linens in southwest style. The kitchen is fully stocked with a lot of supplies. In addition, the pantry has basic supplies provided.
