As you walk up to this charming cottage, you are greeted by an adorable front porch. Once inside, you will enter the first living area, which could be used as a study, or a sitting area as there is an abundance of natural light in this room. Through the first living area, you are brought to the dining area, which is a great size for entertaining or having family meals and also has a built in hutch for additional storage. To the right of the dining room is a galley style kitchen which is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances. At the end of the kitchen you will find your laundry area with a large washer and dryer included. There is also a door at the end of the kitchen that allows another point of access to the front of the home. Through the dining area, sits the second living space. This would be a perfect family room area as it is very large and could easily accommodate a family and guests. This living space also boasts plenty of natural light with two sets of double doors and several windows. The first set of double doors goes out to the right side of the home where there is a stone patio area. The second set of doors leads to a huge deck that overlooks a gorgeous, private, fully fenced in backyard. To the left of the sitting room is the first of three bathrooms, as well as a little nook that would also make a perfect office area. Back through the dining room to the right, there is a hallway which leads to the second bathroom, two large bedrooms, and a beautiful master suite.
