On the ground floor: entrance, through the old charri, living room with pellet stove, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate WC. Upstairs: mezzanine living room with flat-screen TV, 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds). 1 shower room and toilet. Laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Equipment room: children's games, table football, storage space for bicycles, motorcycles, and strollers.
