Summary: It is a nice dwelling and has a beautiful water view but being charged more then I was quoted is disheartening. We met all the rules and regulations that where asked of us from the owner.Stripping our linens off the bed, vacuuming the place, placing all our towels and sheets in the Landry bag and making sure we left the establishment cleaner then when we arrived . Asking your renters to clean the establishment before they leave and then charge them for cleaning fees is ridiculous. If I am getting charged for a cleaning service then I should not be expected to do the cleaning for the establishment. So sad to have be taken advantage of!!
