The accommodation consists of entrance hall, living room, kitchen/dining combined, three bedrooms and bathroom. Access to the front door is via two small external steps. The compact kitchen and dining look on to the back garden and has all modern conveniences including microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge with icebox, and electric cooker and hob. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the shed at the side of the property. The living room looks out to the front of the property and is furnished with comfortable seating, fireplace, and multi-channel TV. The bedrooms consist of three double bedrooms, all with ample storage, and timber floors. The family bathroom includes shower cubicle with electric shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.
