This cozy 200-square-foot tiny home features easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and shower (gas-heated for hot showers).

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the private area of the 2 plots near the tiny house. The tiny house plot is shared with a private chalet that will sometimes be used by the land host or it's family guests.

Surrounded by the Valley of the River Torrox and mountains, it boasts lush landscapes and seven blue flag beaches, creating a welcoming subtropical haven. Ideally located, the tiny homes here offer a peaceful retreat amid this natural beauty.

Our local recommendations:

- Plaza de la Constitución is a lovely centrum, famous for its central fountain and umbrella decoration. Humble umbrellas turn into works of art where you can find numerous tapas bars, cafes, and small restaurants.
- ​​The Balcón de Europa is a gorgeous balcony from where you can look over the Mediterranean Sea, making it a must-visit in Nerja. Enjoy strolling, watching artists, and relaxing with friends or family in nearby bars or on benches.
- Cueva de Nerja can be found in charming Nerja. The Nerja Caves, discovered in 1959, captivate with stunning geological formations and a rich history of human presence which fascinates both visitors and locals.
- The Rio Chillar walk in Nerja, known locally as the "Cahorros," is a medium-difficulty hike along the Chillar river. Enjoy water, trees, local flora, and bird songs along the hike.

Getting Around:
By car:

- 4WD might be necessary, on a rainy day.
- There is a 200 m of dirt track to the entrance of the tiny house

By public transport:

- There is bus coming directly to Torrox station, where guests can grab a taxi at the surrounding taxi area.
- There is a shuttle service available upon request.

- Wifi is not available
- Gas BBQ Grill is available
- Mobile reception is good for all telco lines
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- Designated smoking area is available, no smoking inside the tiny house
- Pets are not allowed on beds and sofas and clean after your pet’s droppings
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Please clean up after your pet’s shedding before checking out courtesy of other guests
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g especially chargers)
- Please note that this is a PET-FRIENDLY property, and pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
