Positive: We liked that the place had a lot of space to hang around - whether it was outdoors or indoors. It is a perfect place for a large group as you will not feel cramped even when the weather is bad. There was plenty of activities in the villa - ping pong table outside, pool table inside, a little gym corner, jacuzzi if you pay extra. The rooms were a good size. Plenty of toilets. Even an elevator, if you needed that - and my wife and baby used it a lot as carrying him up and down the stairs several times a day was not easy for her. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed. There were tablets for dishwasher, plenty of seasonings so you did not have to run to the store to get those. Easy check-in, easy checkout.
Negative: The cleanliness of the place was not what we expected. Many of the outdoor cushions were pretty dirty. When we arrived I had to contact the property managers as 1 of the bedrooms had dirty towels, the bedding was full of what looked like animal hair. Other had stained bedding and the third one had also stained towel. Thankfully, the management had sorted out the issues relatively quickly and even brought us extra towels during our stay. However, it was not something we expected to see in a luxurious villa. Perhaps, this was the weakest point of the stay and I hope it would be improved on for the future. I would also suggest buying new bowls and plates as every single one of them were chipped. The pool table seemed to be worn out quite a lot as well.
Summary: Excellent space for a large group but needs more attention to cleanliness.
