Cozy 3 bedroom chalet tucked in the trees just at the base of Sunday River. This is the perfect home base for your family ski trip or your summer getaway to the mountains! So many activities surround including amazing skiing, hiking, MT biking, swimming, fishing, golf, and more. Plenty of space to spread out with a cozy upstairs living room and a downstairs game room with ping pong and two additional TV rooms. What ever activity you choose, end the day with a soak in the relaxing hot tub. The home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 and a half baths. Two queen bedrooms on the main level, one en suite and one with private access to the deck. The basement features two sitting areas with TVs and a ping pong table as well as a full bath and laundry room. The neighborhood is just down the hill from Sunday River. It is a very quiet neighborhood that offers a nice dirt road to walk or ride your bike. You will need a car as it is rural.
