Positive: There are truly no words to describe this wonderful hotel and its incredible people. It feels like a dream set in the middle of nature, surrounded by breathtaking beaches that truly touch your soul. The people who work here are so warm and genuine that it is genuinely hard to leave. We especially enjoyed meeting Jordi Vila, the Culinary Director, who is often in the restaurants – he is simply incredibly kind, and we had many lovely conversations with him. We tried all of the restaurants and found every single one to be excellent – the food was consistently delicious, and the atmosphere was fantastic. The restaurant staff are not only highly professional, but also exceptionally warm, attentive, and caring. We would like to give special thanks for the wonderful service in the Legend restaurant for the joyful evenings and mornings, to Kanade, Jamie, Davis, Osama, Neelu and Bheem from the pastry team, and Divyanshu from the fruit counter for making our stay even more memorable. Traveling with children can sometimes be challenging, but here everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming to our kids. The Easter buffet was absolutely amazing, and the Easter egg hunt organized by the Kids Club was a real highlight. We also met Jimmy on our very first day – you can find him at the beach in his kiosk. He brought us so much joy right from the start. Our son immediately started playing football with him, and we also booked a boat tour with Adrian through him, which was perfectly tailored to our needs. He gave us great advice and truly wanted the best for us. Every day was fun with Jimmy – whether kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, or bodyboarding, he made everything enjoyable and encouraged the kids to join in. Abir, the Guest Experience Manager, is simply outstanding. With her warmth and personality, she created a truly unique and unforgettable experience for our family. All in all, this was one of the most beautiful and unforgettable holidays we have ever had.
