The beautiful, two-storey finca Can Bitla is located in the picturesque valley of Es Carritxo. From the covered terrace you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape of the east coast of Mallorca. The finca has been renovated with great attention to detail.
first floor:
here you will find the spacious living room with access to the terrace of 140 sqm and the pool, the dining area with upward-facing glazed ceiling, a well-equipped kitchen and a stylish bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and an en suite shower room The house has a living space of 160 sqm.
second floor:
on the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm each) and a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom.
there is air conditioning in all bedrooms, which is activated by a timer from 9 pm to 9 am This also works as fan heating. Additional hours are payable locally if required.
outdoor area:
there is a lovely, shaded dining area with barbecue on the covered terrace A fence surrounds the terrace and direct access to the pool is secured by a wooden fence to protect small children. The pool is freely accessible from the garden. The plot is 150,000 square meters in total.
