main house
bedrooms
the bluestar bungalow has four bedrooms: one king bed in the west bedroom, a split king or two twins in the east bedroom, two queen beds in the north bedroom, and a queen bed in the south bedroom Bedding is provided. The linens are 100% cotton with feather duvets. Each bed has four pillows. If extra linens or pillows are needed, please let your host know. There is also a queen bed pull-out couch in the living room. Bedding for the pull-out couch is available upon request. Each room features a smart TV and closets, and cabinets for storage. Window A/C units are offered seasonally.

there are 2 full bathrooms; one en suite in the west bedroom, and the other on the east end of the house There is a half bath/laundry room just off the kitchen. Essentials such as toilet paper, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup cloths (reusable and disposable), toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer are provided. There is also a borrow basket underneath the sink for items left behind by guests, instead of throwing these items away. I encourage every guest to use and contribute to this borrow basket.

the kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances: a gas stove and oven, refrigerator, and microwave A Nespresso is available as well as an electric kettle. A Brita water pitcher is in the fridge, and there is a water filter on the kitchen water line. Various cooking utensils are also provided, as well as some grilling basics for outdoor use. Dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and hand towels are provided. Underneath the sink are some basic cleaning supplies. There is seating for 6 at the dining table. A complimentary welcome basket with water, coffee pods, and snacks will be left in the kitchen to get your stay started. There is also a borrow basket in the cabinet next to the fridge with leftover items from previous guests, instead of throwing these items away. I encourage every guest to use and contribute to this borrow basket. There is also a First Aid Kit available.
