Welcome to our home in Athens! Our home features 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, a large living area, and beautiful back porch ready for you to relax on. Conveniently located, we are a short drive to UGA's campus, Downtown Athens, Normaltown, and other surrounding areas. For those visiting for UGA football games, we are an easy 15 minute drive to Sanford Stadium. Downstairs is the master bedroom, master bath, living area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the other two bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
please note we do not allow parties or group gatherings of any kind at this property We take this very seriously and have a zero tolerance policy.

well behaved dogs are welcome! please send us a message to let us know they're coming We have a large front and back yard but it is not fenced in. We ask that dogs are not allowed on the furniture or bedding.
