This ideal family villa, situated within easy walking distance of the charming little village of San Jose, has a large. 6 X 12m pool, (80cm in the shallow end and 210cm at the deepest point) BBQ, sun terraces and ChillOut where one can relax with a drink while watching the spectacular sunsets.
there is 1 twin bedroom and 1 double which share the main bathroom and 1 double bedroom with 150 x 200 bed and a shower/toilet en suite
each bedroom has a/c
the attractive lounge dining-room, with open fire place, for winter lets, leads onto the main terrace and the lawn which is an ideal spot for children to play
the villa is equipped with smart tv and wi-fi (which now can be used even down by the pool!)
the well equipped kitchen has a gas cooker, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle etc
the house is situated at the edge of a small wood, at the end of a quiet cul de sac with views of the valley of san agustin and the sea in the distance
the villa has central heating for early and late season lets and airconditioning in every bedroom(These are charged separately) There is also a small safe. The maid comes twice a week. The linen is changed once a week. Towels twice a week. Beach towels are not provided. The pool is cleaned weekly.
