Positive: Good location close to downtown. Beds fairly comfortable.

Negative: Building needing upgrades and repairs. Breakfast foods low in stock and slowly refilled. Seemed like no one at front desk for most of the time. Staff seen multiple times outside smoking. Pool needed cleaning..Room rate too high for what we received.
