by reserving this unit you accept the following conditions
1) additional guests cannot stay other than those in the reservation Make sure to register all the guest as our prices vary according to the occupants. unfortunately dues to the condominium policies, visitors are not allowed (for specific situations, we can sometimes make an exception, contact us to validate)
2) we might provide shampoo, soap, cleaning products and basic consumables only as a welcome amenity but those not products should not be considered as included during the stay
3) as per condominium regulations, within 24hrs of your reservation we will need the names of each occupant to complete a registration This request is very strict for us, if we don't receive it, we may have to cancel the reservation.
4) all our units are non smoking, please smoke outside in designated areas thank you!
5) check-in/check-out Please respect the check in and check out time windows. We offer early check-In and late Check-out for $400 pesos per event. It is important to respect the check out time as we most likely have guest arriving. An hourly fine of $1,000 pesos will apply for non programmed late check outs.
