Positive: David, who was the welcoming committee, and gentleman who looked after us, couldn't have done more to be so kind and caring. We were a last minute booking owing to flight disruptions, and nothing was too much trouble for him. Excellent.

Negative: Better lighting in the bedroom and bathroom
