house four is equipped with a cooks kitchen with new appliances and a french door fridge, an island bench for additional space and a separate wine fridge Connecting to the spacious kitchen is a bright and airy large indoor dining space with long table and its own sliding doors to take advantage of the beautiful weather. The fireplace radiates heat through the downstairs space and up in to the cathedral style ceilings of level one. There are three luxury bathrooms with spa baths in all three - perfect for the cooler months. A forth separate toilet is located in the laundry house suitable for when utilising the salt water lap pool. There are two spacious indoor sitting rooms, one on the ground floor with a large couch that comfortably accommodates 8 in prime position in front of the fire place, or there is a separate living space upstairs which is great for little ones or as a separate break away area if the house is shared by adults. The property is ideal for families with a designer Leander cot and Leander change table again or for guest use.
outside adjoining the pool is a large outdoor entertaining area perfect for an outdoor meal in the summer months or to catch some sun rays wiht a coffee in winter. There is a separate outdoor area on the opposite side of the house that is the perfect place to take a quiet moment, relax or read a book in the sun.
