pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels
linen can be hired - $3850 for double/queen bed, $27.50 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

james well has a cement boat ramp for the fishing enthusiasts, suitable for launching at high tide only or you can head to nearby ardrossan which has an all-weather boat ramp, from which you can launch at all times
there are no shops in james well but itβs only a short drive to ardrossan which has a hotel, supermarket, butcher and much more
