Villa Iako was completely renovated in 2024 and fully equipped. The villa is a bungalow, so everything is on the ground floor. When you enter the villa you will find a spacious modern living room with air conditioning. The living room has a spacious seating area and dining table and a direct passage to the kitchen, which is fully equipped. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, large oven, dishwasher, boiling water tap, coffee corner and a microwave. The villa also has 5 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern bathrooms. At the rear of this colorful villa you will find a lovely veranda, several seating areas in the garden including a lounge area with great views and a very spacious sun terrace with sun beds around the beautiful blue private swimming pool. The children will have a great time in the spacious swimming pool with stairs while you enjoy the Spanish sun rays. Because of the quiet location and the afforestation you have a lot of privacy and you also have a fascinating view of the surroundings.
