This country delight is perfect for your family or working home-base. Only about 10 minutes away from Cheyenne, but you may not want to leave! Lots of space to spread out and plenty of spots to come together. Large kitchen, huge dining room table, and fire pit (with permission - weather permitting).

beautifully updated farm house, great for a large family gathering!
we are available between 7am and 10pm (unless there is an emergency) if you need help with your stay
the basement has a private exterior entrance and is being offered as a separate listing
with this in mind, we do ask that quiet hours be observed between 10pm and 7am
long term guests staying more than 2 weeks will need to arrange an additional refundable cleaning deposit or schedule regular cleanings during stay (for an additional cleaning fee)

pets are welcome! we charge a $15/pet per night for a max of $150 per stay This is charged the day before your arrival. We do ask that you keep all pets off the furniture and keep them crated when you leave the home.
country living! we have a few “farm” animals Our neighbors have horses and llamas. You also may see antelope around. we have an incredible view of the stars!

check in is anytime after 4pm and check out is anytime before 10am In order to allow our cleaning staff the time needed to properly clean and prepare for your stay, we typically cannot allow an early check in or late checkout. An early check in (12pm-4pm) or late checkout (10am-11am) can be requested for a fee of $25. This will be dependent on availability.
