this technical one bedroom is sneakily roomy, and secondary detached room (available to long term renters only) It is situated just 3 blocks from the lake and boasts partial lake views! PLUS, dogs are considered and the home has a private hot tub too.... what more could you want!
starting with the open living area attached to the kitchen, this creates a comfortable common area great for socializing The living room has a wonderfully designed river rock fireplace to enjoy a warming fire, a TV/ DVD, and very comfortable furniture for your relaxation. The adjacent kitchen is lively and bright, making for an inviting place to create your meals. The kitchen area offers a built in breakfast nook in addition to a dining table that will seat 6, as well as a breakfast bar.

•quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound are to be used at any time.
•dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up

2As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.
