Hello! We have a studio in-law unit available in a garden setting. It is underneath my home, with a separate entrance. The property's back gate leads to the Sausalito-Mill Valley multi-use trail which takes you on a 4-mile walk to downtown Sausalito. It is a short 5 minute drive to downtown Mill Valley and Highway 101. About a mile down the bike path is a Whole Foods. Mill Valley is centrally located. 5 miles North of the Golden Gate Bridge, and San Francisco - Muir and Stinson beaches, Napa and Sonoma are just a short drive away.
newly updated, this clean, spacious unit has a king bed and a futon Base rate is for 3 people. If you don't mind a tight squeeze, we are happy to add 2 floor mats for additional people. Kitchenette includes sink, fridge, toaster oven and microwave. Lots of street parking. The rental has its own heating unit. Lots of DVDs to enjoy at the end of a long day of sightseeing. Wi-Fi included.
caveats: no cable, just dvds and wifi The rental is at the bottom of a driveway and also about 8 long stairs, in case there are mobility issues. It is also underneath the main house, so you may hear foot or dog traffic. During summer months, teens may be hanging out in the backyard which is next to the unit. No air conditioning.
