Home is conveniently located a mile off 2 major Highways. Six Flags Water park, Desert Mirage Golf course, & Arrowhead mall are within 10 minutes of the home. The backyard has a HEATED POOL, Hot Tub, BBQ Grill, & Pool Table. Each room has Smart TV'S w/ Cable & Netflix. Home is internet/Wi-Fi ready W/ a PS4 for the kids & has 24 hour check-in w/ a Smart Lock (No Key Needed). Family friendly home with board games, Play Pen, and High chairs.
the home is approximately 15 minutes from westgate entertainment district & state farm arena (home of the superbowl, az cardinals, & az coyotes) Spring Training for the Seattle Mariners & the San Diego Padres is held less than 10 minutes away at the Peoria Sports Complex.
the old saying, "pictures are worth a thousand words" applies We focused on having a 5 star guest experience in the bedroom by choosing hotel quality mattresses, sheets, and pillows. I am a nerd, so I read reviews . As you can tell by the pictures, home has tile planks, Granite Countertops, and Stainless steel appliances. The old saying you get what you pay for applies. The owner spent a lot of money trying his best to make this home look like a model home.

Heated Pool service should be paid at initial reservation, but can be added up to 3 days before your check-in. This fee is non refundable, This way you have time to check the weather to make sure you want the pool heated.
we do not offer the option to heat the pool for a portion of your stay as it is costly to heat 18,000 gallons of water for the property owner The temperatures outside must be at least 50 degrees or warmer for the Pool heater to warm the pool.
