*parking is limited to 2 vehicles in addition to the golf cart, and a parking pass is required

home is pet friendly with $125 per pet fee, with a 2 pet limit and a 40lb weight limit per pet If guests do not let us know about the pets they bring prior to check-in there will be an additional $125 per pet fee if the number of pets are under the 2 pet limit. If guests bring more than 2 pets and guests don't let us know, there will be a $500 per pet fee for each pet over the 2 limit.

please don’t turn the ac below 70 degrees during the spring/summer AC may freeze up if it runs too hard causing additional problems, such as the AC shutting down and us not being able to get an AC technician out to repair it right away. It will get HOT quickly.
