very close to soi 94 in a quiet residential soi LQBTQI+ friendly. Great pool, private garden, inside parking, free tea, coffee and water all day. Small breakfast included. Safe, private and tranquil environment. Pet friendly and a romantic getaway for two people. Since marijuana has been decriminalized in Thailand, you can now smoke here legally. Very welcome to smoke on the terrace, garden and around the pool. i have a dog and 2 cats, all very friendly and love tummy rubs and snacks!

it’s a 3 bedroom villa with a big lounge, open kitchen, high ceilings, great terrace and south facing garden with all day sun
we have a dog and 2 cats but they will not bother you

you can have access to the entire house except my bedroom and en-suite bathroom but please sleep in your own room
the main gate and front door are always unlocked so you can come and go as you please

we often have bbq so you’re very welcome to join us
we usually go to bed before 10pm so please keep the noise down after that time
we usually wake up around 6am and go to the beach for a few hours We are always quiet and respectful towards your quiet enjoyment in the mornings.

you can swim or sunbathe naked but please be discreet
there’s a tv in your room with a hdmi cable so you can attach to your laptop
