bedroom 1: the first bedroom is located on first floor (ground level) with a queen size bed
bedroom 2: second bedroom is located on the first floor (ground level) with queen size bed
*there is no ramp or elevator in this house
there are a total of two full bathrooms that are fully equipped with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and soap
the living room has ample space for relaxation and has a 55"" smart tv with cable and high-speed wifi
the full kitchen is equipped for all of your cooking needs and has a range with oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking utensils and dining ware needed

access is by private door with door code
guests will have the entire house to themselves

the property is 2 blocks from chics beach, and a short drive to virginia beach oceanfront, downtown norfolk, ocean view beach and many other local attractions
getting around:
guests are given two parking spots in the driveway

• absolutely no smoking in or near the building Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 ft from the property. Guests will be fined if smoking policy is violated.
• no parties or events (gatherings over max occupancy will be shut down immediately unless previously approved by host)
• check-in is anytime after 4pm
• glitter of any kind is not allowed in the unit Any sign of glitter throughout the unit will result in an immediate $100 cleaning remediation fee.
