guests have access to all the spaces in home besides the carport and tiny home that is gated off in the backyard

i do recommend renting a car for your stay - i275 is just 2 miles up the road and can get you anywhere you need to go!

there is a tesla parked under the carport that cannot be moved or touched directly behind the carport is a gate that leads to a tiny home that is currently being rented out by a long term tenant. They will not bother you, please give them privacy.

no smoking is permitted inside the home Please use the dedicated space OUTSIDE (not in the screened porch area). There will be a $500 fee if smoking is discovered inside the home - please dispose of cigarettes properly in the ashtray OUTSIDE. If smoking is discovered during your stay, you will be removed with NO refund. PLEASE respect the home and property and do not smoke inside the home, it is expensive to remediate, incredibly disrespectful and simply not worth it. thank you
