• loft
the loft is an open space on the second floor There is a pullout full size bed (also known as a double). There are no doors and it is a completely open space with TV. It could be a great place for the kiddos to sleep but may not be the most comfortable for adults since there is no privacy.
• fire
due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy but the propane fire pit located outside is allowed
if it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (propane excluded when used in the propane firepit and propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine
• hot tub + pool - legal
there is no fence around the pool While kids and young children are welcome, it needs to be understood that the kids can get into the pool directly from the back doors of the house.
guest agrees to release, indemnify, hold harmless and forever discharge host and host's employees, agents, successors and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities or causes of action of any kind that guest, members of guest's household or guest's guests or invitees may have at any time against host or host's agents resulting from guest's use of the pool and hot tub

you are not permitted to have any guests on the property beyond those included in your rental agreement unless you request and receive permission from us That includes day guests and over night guests.

we do not charge a security deposit We welcome you and your guests to come to the property without an added security deposit or any extra holds of funds. you will not have to worry about any additional charges for accidental damages!
